Your Data, Your Rights
pg799
Privacy Policy
At pg799, we understand that the Filipino players who trust us with their gaming experience are also trusting us with something more personal — their data. This Privacy Policy explains clearly and honestly what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it under Philippine law. We built this policy to be readable, not just compliant.

How pg799 Protects Your Privacy
Six principles that guide how pg799 handles the personal data of every Filipino player on the platform.
Philippine Law First
pg799 processes all player data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as enforced by the National Privacy Commission.
Purpose Limitation
We collect only the data we need for specific, stated purposes — account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, and customer support. Nothing beyond that.
Secure by Design
All data transmitted between your device and pg799 is encrypted via 256-bit SSL/TLS. Stored personal data is protected by access controls, encryption at rest, and regular security audits.
We Never Sell Your Data
pg799 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your GCash number, ID details, and account data stay within pg799's controlled environment.
Minimal Data Collection
We apply data minimization: if a piece of information isn't necessary to deliver the service or meet a regulatory obligation, we don't collect it. Your privacy starts with collecting less, not more.
Your Rights Are Real
Under RA 10173, you have enforceable rights over your data — to access it, correct it, object to its use, and request its deletion. pg799 has clear processes to handle each of these requests.
Who We Are and Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy is issued by pg799 (referred to in this document as "pg799," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at pg799.cam (the "Platform"). pg799 acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of the personal data of registered players and visitors to the Platform, as defined under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected by pg799 through the Platform, including data collected at the time of account registration, during the KYC verification process, through gameplay activity, financial transactions, customer support interactions, and via automated technologies such as cookies and device fingerprinting. It applies to all players located in the Philippines and to all other users who access the Platform from any location.
Note: This Policy should be read alongside pg799's Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gaming Policy, which together constitute the full framework governing your relationship with pg799.

Opting out of marketing communications does not affect operational messages related to your account (e.g., transaction confirmations, security alerts).
Legal Basis for Processing
Under Republic Act No. 10173, pg799 processes your personal data on the following lawful grounds:
- Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between you and pg799 as established by the Terms & Conditions — including account management, payment processing, and gameplay facilitation.
- Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws, including PAGCOR regulatory requirements, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160), and the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).
- Legitimate interests: Processing conducted for pg799's legitimate interests in fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, where these interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
- Consent: Where no other lawful basis applies — for example, in respect of non-essential cookies and certain marketing communications — pg799 relies on your freely given, specific, and informed consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
pg799 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own commercial purposes. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances, and only to the extent strictly necessary for the stated purpose:
- Payment service providers: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other payment processors receive only the transaction data required to process your deposits and withdrawals.
- KYC and identity verification partners: Third-party verification service providers receive your submitted identity documents and liveness selfie data solely for the purpose of identity authentication. These partners are contractually bound to use your data only for this purpose.
- Game providers: Limited session data is shared with licensed game providers (e.g., PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI) to facilitate gameplay, fair play monitoring, and dispute resolution in relation to specific game rounds.
- Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: pg799 will disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the AMLC, the National Privacy Commission, or other competent Philippine authorities when required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory directive.
- Fraud prevention networks: Certain technical data (e.g., IP addresses, device identifiers) may be shared with industry fraud prevention services for the purpose of detecting and preventing cross-platform fraud, account takeover, and money laundering.
- Corporate transactions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of pg799's assets, player data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity, subject to that entity assuming obligations under this Privacy Policy.
No cross-border transfers without safeguards: pg799 does not transfer your personal data to recipients located outside the Philippines unless adequate safeguards are in place as required by the Data Privacy Act and its IRR, or unless transfer is required by applicable law.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
pg799 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform to deliver a functional, secure, and personalized experience. A cookie is a small data file placed on your device by a website when you visit it. We use the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies: Essential to the operation of the Platform — including session authentication, login persistence, and security tokens. These cannot be disabled without impairing Platform functionality.
- Performance and analytics cookies: Used to collect anonymized data about how players use the Platform (e.g., which games are most visited, page load speeds, error rates). This data is used to improve Platform performance and design.
- Functional cookies: Used to remember your preferences — such as language, display settings, and last-played games — to provide a more convenient experience on return visits.
- Marketing cookies: Used to deliver relevant promotional content. Marketing cookies require your consent and can be declined or withdrawn through your browser settings or the cookie preference controls on the Platform.
You may control cookies through your browser's privacy settings. Note that disabling certain cookies — particularly strictly necessary cookies — may affect your ability to use core Platform features, including secure login.
Data Retention
pg799 retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:
- Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your active account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and applicable AML record-keeping obligations.
- Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in accordance with BIR regulations and AMLC record-keeping requirements.
- KYC verification documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of verification, or longer if required by a regulatory authority.
- Communication and support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the relevant interaction, or longer where a dispute remains unresolved.
- Technical and activity logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, unless required for active security investigations or regulatory proceedings.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely destroyed or anonymized in a manner that prevents reconstruction of the original personal data.
